Guitar Twang

Guitar players: How do I fix the stupid accent that happens every time I lift my fingers off the frets?
Whenever I raise my fingers to change strings (I'm only a beginner) kind fingers pluck the strings in the accident. How can I fix this? Probably because I completely lift my hand on the neck to move to the next chord, and since I was pushing so hard on the strings to stick my fingers and a little accent, and sounds bad. I'm just a beginner, so I do not know what I'm doing.
silence with his right hand to explain your problem a little more in depth and maybe I can give some more contribution to try to go to youtube.com and search for some beginner chords and strumming changing classes. here is a good channel for some classes for beginners: http://www.youtube.com/user/rockongoodpeople
