Guitar Upgrade Kit

Just bought a hard drive of 120 GB for my 360?
Well, I bought a hard drive of 120 GB for my 360 to upgrade from my 20 gig hard drive. Has filled the show with 20 tons of downloadable content down. Music to Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Along with the map packs and countless expansion packs. The hard drive 120 gig did not come with a transfer kit so I was wondering whether you could just format my 20th show and erase everything, then log in Xbox Live with my new hard drive and re-download everything. I know my game saves and any music will be gone forever, but I always cal re-download my cuz DLC are not connected my gamertag my hard drive right?
yep download them, save your game will not be lost because you can save them to the console (like recording of a SIM card to the phone) when you make the move, then transfer them to the new hard drive once connected;)
