my guitar stopped working?

I was playing with my amplifier and all-of-a-sudden it stopped working. I tried my other guitar and works well. I checked the volume pots on my Epiphone Les Paul and his all the way up. PS I already called the manufacturer.

There may be a short in the wiring somewhere place. Also if you do pickups pickups are not active. This means that they use a 9 volt battery. A lot of EMG pickups are active and their is a stain on the back of the body, which is connected to the battery in but chances are, you have a short in the wiring. I would check if pots and also the plug into the port may not be making contact with your plug chord.
