Guitar Wii

So Rock Band has finally been released to the great Nintendo Wii. But with the Wii without the graphics capability of the PS3 and Xbox 360 is The Game will be able to compete?
In my opinion, the PS2 and Wii are more similar than trying to compare the Nintendo Wii with a PS3 or Xbox360.
Graphics:
Obviously the Wii is not known for it's amazing graphics, is al about the fun-ness and gameplay. The graphics are OK on this special version, though, as he is launching a graphic-intensive. However, the video of one of the band in the background is tiring, and fun to be able to see their own characters fun custom was great fun on the 360 and PS3 however this feature is not included.
Online:
This is a great disadvantage for release Wii's Rock Band, there is no online play at all. That sucks.
Features:
He does ave many features in common with the releases in other platforms however, he has most of the customization options that made the 360 and PS3 release fun. However, it still allows you and 3 friends to create a band and rock out, what's the point in the whole game, right?
Game Components:
The box includes: a microphone, guitar and drums. (A second guitar is available for Bass Riff's etc at an extra cost). These are all connected through a USB hub that is included that plugs into the slot Wii's USB. The set is now White Drum on the Wii version and the skins and bouncier feel more responsive. All the hardware is great and I feel very much like the other release of The Game's hardware.
Music and Soundtrack:
Tracklist Rock Band has a great mix of music that includes classic rock, punk, 80s, alternative rock, and modern rock. Extra tracks are not available for download as Xbox and PS3 releases. However, you can purchase a CD, which has 20 bonus tracks that were available for download on other platforms. Most of the songs are performed by original artists, although there are some covers. There a song from the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, KISS, Bon Jovi, REM, The Who, Weezer, Stone Temple Pilots, Radiohead, Beastie Boys, Soundgarden, and many more. There are a total of 63 songs, 5 more than in previous versions. The five new songs are:
The Police - Roxanne
The B-52's - Roam
All-American Rejects - Dirty Little Secret
Oasis - Do not Look Back in Anger (One of my personal favorites!)
The Ramones - Rockaway Beach
Summary:
Thanks to do list feature stripped, and the lack of online games. (Not counting the delay 7 months behind the Xbox and PS3) The launch of the Nintendo Wii's Rock Band is not the best market. However, this does not mean that it is not a great and fun game play, because it really is. If there is only you or around half of the city, you can have great fun rocking out to a list of songs very good.
My Rating:
7 / 10
