Westone Guitar Pick-up wiring question expert guitar needed!?

I want to replace the bridge pick-up in my Westone Spectrum LX with a guitar Seymour Duncan JB SH-4. The wiring diagram for the guitar shown here: http://www.westone.info/wiring/dynasty/index.html Please advise how I should get the wire back up. As you can see in the diagram, it has two humbuckers and one single coil in the middle. It also has a three-way toggle, one volume and two tone controls. Each operating in push / pull: 1) push-pull volume is a coil tap 2) The tone of the push-pull means involves the average pick-up 3) The third control signal push-pull is a phase Reverse Any help would be great, thank you in advance.
