Guitar Wood Tone Reference

Playing the guitar you can get a lot of attention at a party or a group of friends. People always turn to the guy with the guitar and ask him to play part of a recognizable song. This can make you feel ignored if you have nothing to offer to the situation.

The shield is a piece of plastic that is located under the hole in one acoustic, or can be a piece of metal that is attached to the guitar body. Basically, the pickup is there just to make sure you do not scratch your instrument, or break nails. Finally, there is a plug, which is used as a way to connect the amplifier.
There are some other phrases that you can touch in order to get a better sense of jargon guitar. However, some of them are basic and self explanatory.
For example, if you do not know what they are strings, you do not need to talk guitars (or live outside the big rock that you have hidden underneath). Tone, volume control, standard, and the top should be all the terms you can find without breaking much of a sweat.
