I sometimes get a pain in my right wrist when I bend it too up or down, it could be playing guitar?

I'm with Paul G on this one. It may well be the guitar. Your wrist should never hurt, as a result of play. You should not be putting any effort into your wrist when you play. both hands should be comfortable and tension. The next time you are practicing periodically check and make sure that you are not putting stress on your wrists.
