Wrist pain after guitar and ..?
Yesterday I was playing guitar and I was playing that line where I had to really stretch my fingers, hands small, my hand always at an angle. So after I finished playing I did some stretches, I did yoga in the foot and put her arms behind you and basically in a position where you stomach is arched backed up by his arms and legs. This put my fist in the opposite position on how I had when I was playing guitar. So when I was playing my wrist was bent in this way (try to imagine the emphasis my hand) | _ and for putting my hand was so _ | And then I noticed a pain in the left side of my wrist, like a nerve pain. I tried to apply an ice pack and hot (not at the same time, obviously) but did not help. I did a sort of wrist splint now, What is it? I thought you would have been able to figure that out: p
Question? Just get used with it and strengthen the wrist, tendons, etc. You do not have carpal tetunnel, tendinitis just low grade.
