Guitar newbie has questions?
Hi! I just started playing guitar a week ago and I can not put it down. I'm learning the basics a tutorial I found on about.com. I'd like some feedback from guitarists on the following:-I only callus developed as a result of the practice, because they are touch after I finish playing. This will decrease the sensitivity, as you become more experienced?-I am learning the F major chord. What is the best way to play this chord? How long did it until it was able to nail it down?
If your fingers are sore, then you probably do not have calluses. Give it a few more weeks and you should be able to sit and play and your fingers will not bother you at all. As far as the F chord I'm guessing you're learning the rope in Formula 1 fret on the bottom 4 strings? I think that because you are young and this is usually one of the first chords you learn .... If I'm correct I finger it for: Except fret 1 with my finger the first 2 strings, then use my middle finger on fret 2 and ring finger on 3rd fret. Regarding how long it took to nail it, I do not remember. Some advice: Get lessons so that you have someone to correct what they are doing wrong and say what you're doing it right. Someone who will teach you things boring, so you will be great fun when that time comes Take advice people on the Internet very easily, cause it's wrong, as far as right and if you do not know if it is true or not, then of course you will not know what is wrong. Case in point, someone here, just the other day gave advice for an individual not upgrade to a new guitar. To update only his guitar on to have it professionally connected and getting new strings. Just for you know that there is an update, which is the maintenance. This is the maintenance that someone who has the least ability to be done on their own. The point is: some people are posers and really have no idea Be careful who you listen

West $7.04 Though the arrangements stray from Lucinda Williams's motherlode blend of blues, country, and folk, West may well be her best album. It is easily her most musically adventurous, and often her most lyrically inspired. Williams's singing has never sounded better, from the aching tenderness of "Where Is My Love?" to the ravaged catharsis of "Unsuffer Me." New York producer Hal Willner, who has worked... |
