only thing that keeps me playing guitar is my wrist, Ive been playing for 6 months, but recently has been playing very more, rather than my regular hours per day, 3 - 5 hours per day could be a pulled muscle? Syndrome? How can I avoid this?

take it easy. If you are a beginner, you should not worry. If you're playing for a few years, has a doctor (an authority) to look at it
