playing guitar wrist hurts
Really bad wrist pain while playing bar chords on the guitar ...?

I've been playing guitar for a few years now and have never been a big fan of bar chords up recently. When I'm playing chords bar awfully bad pain on the outside of my wrist, it seems that is getting pulled in toward my forearm. Why does my wrist hurt and how can I fix it? I'm playing bar chords on the wrong position / pulse? The pain occurs within a few minutes of game not an hour or anything if it helps ... Thanks

Take some advil before playing. Guitar is actually very healthy for your wrists ... and bar chords are in actually a big reason why I stopped playing guitar, and I agree, they hurt like a mother! No, you are not playing they are wrong, they just injured.:)
