Electric Acoustic

What violin electro-acoustic or electric brands are reasonably priced and good quality?

I'm possibly persuade my grandfather into buying me a violin for Christmas so I can start pursuing the lessons. I played for about nine months when I was nine years (I am now seventeen). I really want a violin that is either an electric or aelectroscopicc. I'm really not interested in acoustic violin so plain. I saw some violins that look interesting, and I like the idea of an electric violin orange. I open to suggestions though. You thank you!

Nine months is long enough for the most part, but it is good that you want the ability to continue play. I've played since 6th grade and I'm a freshman now. My violin is a copy of Antonio Stradivarius. The fact is that ... is better if you learned more about acoustic violin with a violin, not an electric motor. Power is more of a professional instrument, used for concerts live bands, etc. I'm not sure what brands there, but if you decide to just go ahead and buy it, then .... Choose one with its fine quality, material and something that is a reasonable price. Higher price does not mean better quality. Good luck. (:
