Flamenco vs Classical Guitars - which is better?

I want to buy a guitar to play folk, flamenco and classical music. But I'm sure the flamenco and guitars are different from each other in sound. Do you think classical guitar would be better to play all these genres of music? Or a guitar Flamenco, which is designed to play flamenco style, and probably classic? Thanks!

There are certainly differences between flamenco and classical guitar. A true flamenco guitar is generally a little smaller and is made of light wood and different woods, the classical. The finest flamenco guitar gives the least support and gives you the "drum as" quality or percussion. The action (string height) is less than flamenco, and the strings are closer to the speaker. You also will often see a flamenco guitar has a thin and light "pick guard" or tap the plate, since it is common to use your fingers to touch / play guitar with the top in flamenco. As you surely know, strumming Rip () is a vital part of the flamenco guitar, and this "pick guard" also helps protect the finest high the flamenco guitar. In short, can play both kinds of music (classical and flamenco dancing) on both guitars, but probably never will sound just right. Not sufficient to maintain and down on a flamenco guitar and really not good enough "snap" in a classic set-up properly. Your best bet is always to test the guitar two types for yourself and see what sounds best to you and your playing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_guitar http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flamenco_guitar http://www.graf-martinez. com.br / flamenco guitar-instrument / flamenco classic guitar.html http://www.guitarnoise.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=43535
