I have an acoustic guitar non-How do I create a delay?

I want to play Bari Improv August race by Kaki King right now it sounds because the strings do not play long enough. I was wondering if there is a hook to avoid delaying the electric guitar? I need a super fast response! thanks!

If you want a delay, just a pause between strums.
