22 fret guitar Drop C question?
Hello people. I have a 22 fret electric guitar and I want the song Drop C. I did a quick search the net and found that 11-52 strings would be good for this adjustment. However, the lower strings loose and flop a lot. Is this because my guitar length scale is smaller than a Fretter 24? The indicator would you recommend for floppy no strings on a guitar 22 frets? Thanks in advance. Of course I know how to tune to Drop C and is consistent, but flexible. I do not think you understood what I meant @ nelly Num: This is not the problem. I know I'm right in C, not an octave below.
My suggestion would be to use a baritone guitar strings ... although I have never done this before, it makes sense ... because b is less than c so it would not be I think so flexible ... but good question and I'm waiting for the best answer too ...
