I think I'm losing my mind here. EXTREME PARANOIA!?

I had an altercation with a player of WoW, which was part of my guild, and he fired. We continued the argument by whispering a bit later, and he ignored me. Later he sent me a message with a single number "5". This creeped me right the fuck out! This guy is in the army, so I'm paranoid as hell of it could do. My first thought was, he could bomb my home, and the fact that I even fear that it scared me again. Then I thought, what if he made a Trace IP and found someway to find my house! My hands are like ice, my heart beats faster and I can hardly believe it! I'm really, really scared for some reason! I have severe GAD, but I've never had thoughts like this before! WTF is wrong with me ?!?!?!

I seriously doubt he will do something ... and I do not know what 5 means may be right but hes an idiot ... b / c I lol do not think 5 is something that could make a stupid number mean? I agree hes probably some fat bag shower donkey has no life ... he can not prove hes been in the army ... unless its a complete psychopath i doubt it bothers you or find anything to thats like soooo rare .... and if he threatens you in any way just call the police if you feel you are in danger all the calm down, it will be fine and you probably laugh about it later ... I get like that sometimes too and when I look back I realize that I was an idiot and I'm scaring and overreactions
