Guitar Chords ...?
I've been playing classical guitar for about a year now and wanted to try out the electric guitar too. I was thinking, playing electric guitar is hard to remember all the names and positions of chords. You still have to memerize them? Tips would be great! Thanks!
if you can play classical, electric should be a piece of piss .. you can use a pick? because ur gonna need it .. u know the chords of the acoustic? I do not say all, because it takes too long to learn the entire fretboard. but electric guitars use exactly the same concepts as acoustic .. no difference really. If I were you I would learn the basics of guitar theory and acoustics, so when you have done so electric is sooooo easy. this is what I did by accident. But now I play electric, it's so easy, even the hard sh * t because you have the strength to be as accurate as .. i basically acoustic recommend getting your music theory down (this will help sooooo much!) and just learn to play the sound with a pick. but I know how the theory can be poop, but it will make all the difference, believe me. still love my acoustic btw good luck just keep playing, "you do not get better at what you're not doing "
