Kona is a thin body acoustic guitar / electric guitar for a good start?

I want to buy a guitar not so expensive but good quality. it's not expensive, but is it good?

I've never played guitar Kona, but I read some comments. According As I understand, most Kona guitars have pretty high action (strings near the neck), which makes them a bit difficult to play. Most beginners do best with guitars that have thin neck and low action, since these things are much easier and more comfortable to move smoothly between the strings.
