Help Guitar: Floyd-Rose fit?

I need to resolve my Floyd Rose tremolo. The guitar is a 2006 Jackson KE3 train with a licensed floyd. Here image: http://www.onlinestagegear.com/brand/Jackson/PRO/KE3-CS.jpg. I blew the tone when tuning Drop D I did not know you should not do. This can be corrected with the strings and is made by means of screws on the saddles or adjust the bridge height screws?

not adjust the height of the bridge just adjust it. I changed mine to Khaler
