Advanced Guitar Lessons on the Internet

I think anyone would love to have lessons with guitarist Slash and Dave Navarro and now they can with the magic of the Internet. Advanced guitar lessons on the Internet are not only free, but they have some of the best guitarists in the business.

In a recent clip on www.youtube.com, Dave Navarro, former guitarist of Red Hot Chili Peppers joins George Lynch, guitar god Lynch Mob to show some guitar lessons advanced to the general public. Navarro has a program Spread TV online "and it has different guests every week from the world of rock and roll. George Lynch, discuss intricate guitar licks and different techniques.

In another episode of Spread TV, are also available at www.youtube.com, Dave Mustaine, the great guitarist of Metallica, Dave shows how to play "chords spider." Spider chords were invented by Dave Mustaine (or so he says) and he has used in bands such as Metallica and Megadeath and to great effect to create some of the most memorable licks all times.

There is a great clip available on youtube with the great Neal Schon of Journey fame teaching how to play the great song "Lights." To Advanced guitar lessons this is a great because it shows close-ups of your typing technique on the guitar neck. The bad part is that it does not stop and explain parties.

If you are a very advanced player, you do not have too much trouble to copy his movements, but it would still be useful to hear some comments, even if only a little. Many of these guys do not like guitar to explain their movements and many of the videos are like that.

There are some Large Slash (Guns' N Roses) clips available at www.youtube.com. One of the best instructional videos is a very short clip where it shows (not teach) playing the intro to "Paradise City", a Guns N 'Roses greatest international successes.

There are many more famous guitar players on youtube, but you have to look for a bunch of garbage to find them. If you are persistent, you'll find some stones, but as guitarist Red Hot Chili Peppers, who has posted many advanced guitar lessons from his own there.

A very talented guitarist John Mayer shows how to play some great riffs video on her show sponsored by Guitar World, "How to Shred." There is also a great video there by legendary jazz guitarist Larry Carlton, who has recorded with such greats as Steely Dan and many others.

For advanced guitar lessons a few DVDs available, really big and you can get these online or at your local store Guitar Center or your local store music source.
