Tune Guitar Mhz

I have a Seiko SAT500 chromatic tuner and want to tune my electric guitar?

which key should be the tuner in it? MHz, which I should have it in? also now when i plug it into my guitar the needle is not moving, but I turn it out and sing into the microphone changes tune .. any ideas?

You must set the tuner so that A = 440 Hz This is standard tuning.
