Pickups used in Wolf's Jerry Garcia, circa 1974?

Does anyone know the exact make / model of the pickups used in the guitar Jerry, in 1974, Wolf? Rumor has it were SDS-1s, photo Stratocaster, or hand-wound stills.

I'm almost positive were Alembic. This was also the first Since Lesh had his six-string bass made by Alembic. This thing was incredible. Depending on how he pulled a rope, he would hand over left, right or stereo. Freaking thing had a mind all that himself!
